These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Electra mobile application ("App") provided by the Electra team ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Electra for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Electra is intended as an educational and reference tool for electronics enthusiasts, students, and hobbyists. All calculation results, formulas, and reference data are provided for informational purposes only.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any calculation or data provided by the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
The App allows you to create and store personal notes locally on your device. You retain full ownership of any content you create.
All notes and data are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to us. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of content you enter.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, design, graphics, formulas, and reference data, are and remain the exclusive property of Electra and its licensors.
The App's trade name, logo, and look and feel are protected by trademark, copyright, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Electra is built with open-source software including Flutter and various Dart packages. These components are distributed under their respective licenses (MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0). The App does not incorporate any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All locally stored data (notes, history) will remain on your device until you uninstall the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
